Individual counselling
My integrated counselling approach brings together talk therapy, somatic awareness, and practical tools to bring lasting change to your life outside the therapy room. A consultation is required for new counselling clients, and for those who are interested in both counselling and craniosacral. 50 min | $150 70 min | $190 90 min | $225 (GST exempt)

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
In BCST sessions, clients are guided into states of relaxation, stillness, and nervous system release. Somatic processes involving more verbal communication may be incorporated into BCST sessions if desired. If you're coming for craniosacral therapy only, a consultation is optional. 60 min | $135 75 min | $160 90 min | $180 (GST included)

Insurance coverage
Most extended health plans cover RCC services. Check your benefits for “Registered Clinical Counsellor” or “Clinical Counsellor” coverage.
A non-exhaustive list of providers that may include RCC coverage:

Important: Coverage depends on the specific plan your employer purchased. Contact your provider to confirm:
- If RCC services are covered
- Your annual maximum
- Per-session limits
Please Note: Craniosacral therapy is typically not covered by insurance and is a self-pay service. Some clients choose to combine insurance-covered counselling sessions with self-pay craniosacral work for comprehensive healing.
Payment options
Accepted methods:
- Credit card (online via JaneApp) - 2.75% processing fee applies
- E-transfer (no additional fees)
- Cash
- Cheque
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. It is recommended to send payment in advance of the session so that you can focus on integration after your treatment.
Direct billing available for:
- ICBC claims
- Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP)
- WorkBC
Please inform me at the time of our consultation if you are eligible for direct billing via one of these programs.
Policies
Cancellation: I require 24 hours notice for cancellations and changes. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens, and exceptions are made for genuine emergencies.
I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health support.
Sliding scale: I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for those for whom cost is a barrier. Whatever your circumstances, if finances are standing in the way of you getting the help you need, it’s worth reaching out to have a conversation about ways of working together.
