Individual Counselling
Our sessions will incorporate supportive listening, mindfulness cultivation, emotional regulation support, existential exploration, practical skill building, and lifestyle design. A free initial consultation is required before booking.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
BCST sessions begin with intention setting and conclude with grounding and integration. Clients are guided into states of relaxation, stillness and nervous system release. Embodied awareness practices and emotional process work may be incorporated into BCST sessions.

Insurance Coverage
Most extended health plans cover RCC services. Check your benefits for “Registered Clinical Counsellor” or “Clinical Counsellor” coverage.

Please Note: Craniosacral therapy is typically not covered by insurance and is a self-pay service. Some clients choose to combine insurance-covered counselling sessions with self-pay craniosacral work for comprehensive healing.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. It is recommended to send payment in advance of the session so that you can focus on integration after your treatment.

Certain insurers who are included on the Telus eClaims platform. Note: please plan to pay at the time of service and submit receipts for reimbursement until we have determined whether this applies to your policy.
Policies
Cancellation: I require 24 hours notice for cancellations and changes. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens, and exceptions are made for genuine emergencies.
Sliding Scale: I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for those for whom cost is a barrier. Whatever your circumstances, if finances are standing in the way of you getting the help you need, it’s worth reaching out to have a conversation about ways of working together.
