Learn how to determine whether you have insurance coverage for sessions and how to make payments.

Registered Clinical Counselling may be covered by your extended health benefits plan.

If you have an extended health benefits plan, it may include have coverage for counselling services. Check with your insurance company to determine whether you are eligible to receive full or partial reimbursement for counselling sessions with Registered Clinical Counsellors.

Clients are responsible for paying for their session(s) and requesting reimbursement from their insurance company (exceptions for ICBC/FNHA/CVAP clients — see below).

MSP does not cover counselling fees.

To the therapist’s knowledge, craniosacral therapy is generally not covered by extended health benefit plans. You may wish to check with your insurance provider to verify that this is the case.

Check online whether Clinical Counselling is covered by your insurance provider.

Payment options

Payment can be made with cash, cheque, or etransfer.

Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless arrangements have been made otherwise.

You will be issued a receipt via email for income tax purposes.

ICBC/First Nations Health Authority/Crime Victim Assistance Program

I am a registered provider for the programs listed above. Please speak to me before booking if you are seeking counselling via one of these programs. If we establish that you are eligible, your session fees will be billed directly to the insurance company and there will be no fees due at the time of the appointment.
